The LiBa Workstation provides a reliable and safe environment for working with lithium-ion batteries—whether in research, planning, analysis, or production. With its robust steel construction including a sump tray, integrated LiBa® Sol fire suppression system (with automatic activation at approx. 180 °C), and individually expandable features (e.g. lighting, viewing window, mobile design, height adjustment), it is ideally suited for batteries up to 10 kWh. Equipped with tool integration, gas management surfaces, and flexible intermediate shelves, the WorkStation offers a safe, efficient, and customizable working environment.
The LiBa battery workstation consists of a robust steel construction with a sump tray, intermediate shelves, and cable entries. The side panels of the WorkStation are suitable for tool mounting. It also includes gas management surfaces, is mobile, and the L and XL sizes are height-adjustable.

The integrated LiBa® Sol fire suppression system automatically responds in the event of battery self-ignition at temperatures from approx. 180 °C and can also be triggered manually if required.
The LiBa® Workstation is currently available in three sizes—from 85 cm to 180 cm in width—and is designed for a load capacity of up to 400 kg. This makes it ideal for safely working on damaged or defective lithium-ion batteries, even in larger formats.
Optional accessories such as integrated LED lighting, a storage compartment for gel spray devices, or a viewing window for visual inspection further enhance the functionality of the WorkStation—creating a compact safety enclosure that can be tailored to your specific needs.
